- Fired the Organizer’s Shop Steward for the exact same thing.

L2385 is also addressing multiple grievances regarding discrimination against employees from protected classes, including:
- Denial of “Weingarten Rights”
- Placement on a Performance Improvement Plan without established criteria
- Unjust extension of probationary periods without evidence
- Managerial disparagement by contacting local leadership to discredit an employee
- Numerous Grievance and Unfair Labor Practice charges filed


Management has shown ongoing harassment and mistreatment of staff, and AFGE management has frequently reneged on agreements made during LMR meetings and arbitrations.
FNR-CWA Local 2385 has repeatedly requested to include the LMR agenda in National Executive Committee meetings, but it is consistently voted down, indicating a lack of transparency and accountability from AFGE.

I urge you to correct the injustices, poor treatment, and unfair practices AFGE leadership has perpetrated against their cwa staff. It’s unacceptable for a labor union to operate this way and undermine the staff union protecting its workers. I, as a [member/supporter/staff member/citizen], am disappointed in the actions AFGE has taken recently and will not be silent.
